POSITION: Support Executive / Language Expert

DURATION: Full time

JOB LOCATION: Gurgaon (India).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The support involves managing and coordinating training delivery activities with the delegates and vendors via Phone, Email and Chat. Service Desk Executives / Language Experts are responsible for managing and coordinating training delivery activities providing support to Company customers using Learning Management Systems for their training requirements. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/query via Phone, E-mail & Chat

• Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options

• Gather additional information about reported issue

• Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the system and generate ticket

• Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel

• Perform Training Management activities on the Learning Management Systems:

o Enrollment activities
o Class scheduling
o Class cancellation / rescheduling
o Evaluate Class profitability
o Decision Making – Class Go no Go
o Class readiness – Coordinating with the vendor
o Communication to Delegates & Vendors
o Feedback Analysis
o Purchase Order Generation
o Maintain Basic Financial Reports

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills in the foreign language specified

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

• A Graduate (Degree) in the language specified from a recognized institute / University

• Minimum of Three years of experience for US/UK geography, in a language expert’s role. Experience in any of the below functions would be preferable:
o Training Function
o Learning Delivery Function
o Vendor Management
o Learning Management Systems
o Finance Function
o Language Support (If applying for a specific Language Expert Role)


• Voice, Email and Chat Support Experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office tools

• Willing to work night shifts & weekends
